Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute various HR processes efficiently in both corporate and manufacturing environment.
- Manage employee relations and act as the primary point of contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns effectively and be the go-to person for site employees’ development and training.
- Establish productive partnerships with diverse functional business leaders, communicate HR initiatives, policies, and changes clearly to various employee groups.
- Keep the organization compliant with Singapore's employment legislations and ensure HR practices align with regulatory requirements and advise on necessary adjustments.
- Execute additional tasks and assignments as directed by the line manager.
- Have a foundation in HR operations and administration, with experience supporting HR operations in both corporate and manufacturing environment
- Have a proven track record of managing employee relations and be the go-to person for site employees' development and training.
- Be an effective communicator, you should be able to partner closely with different functional business leaders and communicate initiatives effectively to employee groups.

What does this role entail?
Fenergo is seeking an experienced SaaS Project Manager, who is results driven and passionate about delivering great client outcomes, to join our Asia Pacific Client Services division. As a Fenergo Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading SaaS implementations, at some of the largest institutions globally.
You will be required to independently manage and coordinate end-to-end project activities from post sales to successful client go-live. These activities include project initiation, requirements, solution design, configuration, test, production implementation, issue resolution, status reporting, stakeholder alignment via robust governance and lessons learned.
You will work on multiple, simultaneous projects while leading and collaborating with cross-organisational and multi-regional teams responsible for the overall delivery. This is an important role within our organisation, and you are expected to have strong senior stakeholder management skills.
You will also have responsibility to work with other project managers and team leads to develop and refine our SaaS onboarding / implementation framework and best practices for project implementations.
Please note that this role is for a period of 6-8 months.
Key Expectations
- Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to closure and handover.
- Proven experience delivering SaaS projects
- Manage senior stakeholders across client and internal teams
- Proven track record of delivering projects in full compliance within scope, timelines and budget
- Client outcome focussed - actively manage and shape client engagements towards the common success goal
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality throughout all phases of project execution
- Identification and management of risks and issues throughout the project, including internal and external escalations where appropriate.
- Comfortable operating across both technical and functional domains, with the ability to lead and guide teams effectively in the execution of project delivery
- Experience managing enterprise scale integrations / migrations as part implementations.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure we are delivering the optimal outcome aligned with product capability.
- Financial responsibility for the project, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on revenue/margins/resourcing.
- Owing the creation and tracking of Statements of Work.
- Support with sales personnel on pre-sales tasks towards successful contractual agreement.
Desired Experience/Education
- Degree in Business/Technology or equivalent.
