Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and HFM reporting
Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and HFM reporting, which may include but not limited to bank, fixed assets, inventory, leases, contracts, payroll and local tax filings, ensuring that financial data is accurately and completely captured in a timely manner and in compliance with all stipulated deadlines and R2R KPIs;
Prepare and monitor the monthly accruals, provisions and adjustment journals for all business channels;
Reconcile and monitor the clearing / netting of GL accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data;
Ensure that intercompany transactions are tracked and matched with intercompany partners (including but not limited to recharge invoices, settlements, payment on behalf, and accruals); and
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and relevant reports for Senior Manager’s review.
Represent Corporate Finance APAC as R2R key user
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve any blocking issues, ensuring that system interface problems and auto postings are properly integrated and fully resolved;
Recommend best practice to end users across APAC Region and follow through from conception to completion; and
Assist with the implementation and enhancement of systems, including system testing, monitoring efficiency gains or losses, and supporting other process improvement projects.
Build good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with internal parties and external parties such as auditors, corporate secretary and government authorities whenever required.
Compliance and business process excellence

You Have:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a renowned global FMCG company within the Luxury Retail or Beauty & Cosmetics industry;
Good working knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Tax;
Prior experience in Audit/Tax firms will be an added advantage.
Proficient in accounting & business intelligence software (e.g. MS Office, Power Automate, Power Desktop, JDE, Infor M3, Workday, Cognos, and/or Hyperion).
