Job Scope:
- Record and post customer payments/receipts
- Update daily cash book
- Send monthly statements of account (SOA) to customers on the first week of each month
- Manage customer relationships, including attending to queries and resolving disputes
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and disputes
- Send weekly accounts receivable reports to headquarters and salesmen for review
- Distribute and allocate customer funds to various internal stations
- Update weekly foreign exchange rates in the in-house system and handle internal settlements with other subsidiary stations
- Issue cheques upon request
- Arrange bank transfers upon receipt of payment requisitions
- Update staff leave records
- Arrange delivery of distilled water every Monday
- Email GST payment status every Friday
- Process reimbursement claims for staff
- Print time sheets on the 21st of each month
- Procure office supplies and stationery
- Accrue entries for staff claims
- Attend to general repair works for the office/warehouse
- Apply for daily visitor passes and airport passes
- Organize company events
- Decorate the office for festival seasons
