JOB SUMMARY

Job Purpose


• Deliver investment advice that meets client's financial objectives and needs profile. Preferable with at least 3+ years experience in wealth advisory field.

Key Responsibilities


• Partner with the Priority Banking Relationship Manager (onshore market) to provide timely and relevant investment advisory services given client's financial objectives and needs profile

• Utilise in-house advisory platforms to deliver holistic investment advisory to clients

• Strengthen the value proposition of the IA team through contributing investment ideas/themes and speaking at market outlook events

• Participate and promote digital initiatives, facilitate webinars to drive better wealth management client journey and penetration

• Provide training to RMs on portfolio construction and proposals, product and system knowledge

Regulatory & Business Conduct


• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
Coverage of Asia markets
Execution of stock & listed option orders for clients
Develop an understanding of market dynamics in stock & listed option execution (types of orders, etc.)
Assist in supporting other product execution, including FX, Commodities & fixed income products
Active engagement with clients: provide and pitch stock & derivative trading ideas to clients
Facilitate pricing and execution of OTC derivative trades
Work with in-house structurers/traders and external product providers on equity derivatives idea-generation, pricing and execution
Play a key role in growing sales trading revenues for active clients
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
Experience in trading stocks & listed options (experience in different asset classes is a plus)
2-4 years relevant experience
Ability to work and focus in a high paced environment in intense market volatility
Good communication skills (fluent in English, Mandarin)
Quick-minded and detail-oriented
Customer-orientated
A good team player, able to manage cross-functional teams
Bachelor degree or above
Suitable backgrounds include professionals who have experience in executing stock & listed option orders in a brokerage or financial institution

Role Overview:

We are seeking a PMO Consultant with strong experience in Private Banking and Technology/SDLC environments to support project governance, reporting, and execution excellence within a large-scale banking transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of consulting discipline, project delivery know-how, and a solid understanding of private banking systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support program and project governance, including financial tracking, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and project documentation.

● Manage and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and reporting cadence for senior stakeholders.

● Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment of deliverables and timelines.

● Maintain and enhance PMO tools, dashboards, and templates to support effective project tracking.

● Support project audits, compliance reviews, and adherence to SDLC and PMO standards.

● Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and metrics for management review.

● Assist in resource planning, capacity tracking, and vendor coordination.

● Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 3–10 years of total experience, with strong exposure to PMO / Project Management / Delivery Management roles.

● Prior experience as a Consultant or ex-Consultant in a banking or technology environment preferred.

● Hands-on experience with Private Banking systems, processes, or regulatory programs.

● Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and IT project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

The Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst is an individual contributor's role who is responsible for ensuring complete, accurate and timely regulatory reporting submissions, including exceptions resolution and process improvements in coordination with the Wealth Regulatory Reporting Operations team. The overall objective is to ensure accurate, timely and complete fulfillment of regulatory reporting obligations imposed on Citi by different regulators.

This position plays key role within the Global Wealth Operations & Technology organization and a key partner to Wealth Business Senior Management Team, Investments Business Management, Discretionary Business Management, Business Risk & Control, Legal and Compliance.

The overall objectives of this role are strengthening Operational Regulatory Reporting processes, Governance and detection of issues, link between Product & regulatory reporting and increase awareness and knowledge on regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and submission of regulatory reports covering different jurisdictions and products
  • Resolving issues related to regulatory reporting
  • Communicate operational changes arising from remediation or process or control enhancements to Operations & Technology
  • Develop Business Requirements for system-related enhancements and End to end management of implementation of new or amended regulations
  • Reconciliation of positions and ensuring of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting
  • Streamlining process inconsistencies, mitigate risks, and process documentation. Sharing knowledge among team to manage regulatory reporting operations functions.
  • Anticipate details of future regulations by communicating directly with key stakeholders and staying informed of relevant trends and industry new
  • Driving projects and process improvements
  • Supporting all control functions including MCA, audits, procedures updates and implementation
  • Calculating and monitoring of key KPIs and metrics
  • Timely escalation of issues and monitoring till resolution
  • Close cooperation with Business and Tech partners on gap identification and process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in regulatory reporting space
  • Proven experience working with business stakeholders
  • Good understanding of regulations and operational processes
  • Good understanding of Investments and Capital Market products as well as trade execution and settlement processes
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Effective workload management
  • Effective, adjusted to recipient communication skills
  • Critical thinking and drawing logic conclusions
  • Adequate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
