Your opportunity
+ Provide financial accounting support to the AsiaPac entities
+ Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Handle balance sheet reconciliations for selected entities, spotting booking errors and ensuring all balances are well supported.
+ Prepare and review financial accounts for legal entities, assisting with variance analysis.
+ Prepare Board packs for the entity boards.
+ Prepare statutory accounts for the respective entities and ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting standards.
+ Manage periodic tax returns (GST and corporate tax), regulatory filings, and surveys, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
+ Support ad-hoc queries from business partners and Group Finance teams in Denver and London.
+ Involve and contribute to the Centres of Excellence (COE) Expense team. You will be responsible for standardizing and streamlining expense processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and compliance with Group policies.
+ Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents, providing support as needed.
+ Provide support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in-region
+ Generate payment batches and verify payment details before release.
