Responsibilities:
- Prepare Group consolidated financial reports and dashboard with insightful analysis on Group performance.
- Prepare Group consolidated cash flow statements and fund management for the Group.
- Assist the Director of Finance in the preparation of annual budget, forecast and long-term financial plans.
- Design and develop financial models with scenario analysis to support business planning and Management strategic decision-making.
- Prepare timely daily sale report to keep Management informed on business performance.
- Prepare monthly dashboard and reporting package for Management review.
- Ensure intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes during consolidation.
- Responsible for full set of books for assigned entities with accuracy and meeting the deadline.
- Perform GST reporting and reconciliation for quarterly submissions.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting across entities.
- Review financial results to ensure alignment with accounting standards and Group policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and ensure audit requirements are met.
- Coordinate with external tax auditors on annual tax submissions including overseas entities.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
- Support in finance-related projects and provide support to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling is essential.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) or completion of CFA Level I is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting, or business partnering.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or regional finance environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong team player, can work independently and under tight timeline.

Responsibilities
Finance
Support the IT Portfolio manager in tracking and monitoring enterprise-wide IT expenses.
Prepare initial reviews of divisional budget submissions, forecasts, and utilization reports for the IT Portfolio Manager.
Coordinate and consolidate input for the annual budgeting exercise.
Provide support for ad hoc budget requests, including coordinating approvals.
Conduct preliminary IT spend analyses and assist the IT Portfolio manager in preparing recommendations to improve forecast accuracy.
Facilitate training sessions for project managers on budgeting systems, ensuring clarity on usage and submission processes.
Assist the IT Portfolio Manager by coordinating and administering budget review sessions with IT teams, ensuring all necessary inputs are prepared, organized, and documented for detailed assessment.
Procurement
Support IT project managers in identifying appropriate procurement and sourcing strategies.
Monitor procurement activities for potential risks and escalate them to the IT Portfolio Manager for mitigation.
Review IT procurement documents for compliance with procurement, sustainability, anti-bribery, data protection, and enterprise architecture policies and guidelines.
Assist the IT Procurement Officer to act as a liaison between IT project managers and the Finance Procurement team, communicating updates to procurement policies and collecting feedback.
Projects
Assist in implementing process improvements for procurement and budgeting workflows by documenting current processes and proposing enhancements.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on divisional IT expenses, procurement activities, and project progress.
Requirements

Job Description
We are looking for a pro-active and highly driven individual to take on the role of IT Portfolio Senior Associate in the Changi Airport Group. The candidate will help to manage the enterprise-wide IT expenses, ensure alignment with organisational goals, conduct spend analyses and recommend ways to optimise spending. The candidate will also assist to monitor IT procurement activities for policy compliance, and work with stakeholders to formulate appropriate sourcing strategies.
The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; rejoice in enabling others to succeed; and with strong business acumen to understand and work with business stakeholders. The candidate should have a strong team spirit and sense of responsibility, with a keen eye for details and passion in discovering and solving complicated problems within a complex environment.
Responsibilities
Finance
Support the IT Portfolio manager in tracking and monitoring enterprise-wide IT expenses.
Prepare initial reviews of divisional budget submissions, forecasts, and utilization reports for the IT Portfolio Manager.
Coordinate and consolidate input for the annual budgeting exercise.
Conduct preliminary IT spend analyses and assist the IT Portfolio manager in preparing recommendations to improve forecast accuracy.
Facilitate training sessions for project managers on budgeting systems, ensuring clarity on usage and submission processes.
Assist the IT Portfolio Manager by coordinating and administering budget review sessions with IT teams, ensuring all necessary inputs are prepared, organized, and documented for detailed assessment.
Procurement
Support IT project managers in identifying appropriate procurement and sourcing strategies.
Monitor procurement activities for potential risks and elevate them to the IT Portfolio Manager for mitigation.
Review IT procurement documents for compliance with procurement, sustainability, anti-bribery, data protection, and enterprise architecture policies and guidelines.
Assist the IT Procurement Officer to act as a liaison between IT project managers and the Finance Procurement team, communicating updates to procurement policies and collecting feedback.
Projects
Assist in implementing process improvements for procurement and budgeting workflows by documenting current processes and proposing enhancements.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on divisional IT expenses, procurement activities, and project progress.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a procurement role, with some experience in a compliance and governance role
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of financial reporting and accounting
Good interpersonal and communication skills
