Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day finance activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Register, and other finance-related matters
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including inventory closing
- Manage and ensure accurate, complete, and timely staff claim disbursements
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare tax provision schedules and ensure timely filing of quarterly GST returns
- Liaise with auditors on audit matters and preparation of audit schedules
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Entry Levels are welcome to apply)
- At least 2 years of experience managing full sets of accounts (Training will be provided for those with little experience)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST filing
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
