Key Responsibilities:
- Operating all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handling day-to-day operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings, and sales of vouchers, among others.
- Ensuring the security and upkeep of the premise and its facilities.
- Optimizing staff deployment to maximize productivity.
- Cash management for opening and closing shifts.
- Assisting in preparing the staff roster.
- Maintaining the location in a functional and presentable state at all times.
- Ensuring staff adhere to proper operating procedures.
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Providing training and coaching to Cinema Service Crew members.

- Lead/participate in transformation platforms and generate lessons learned summaries (LSS), BKMs, and trade secrets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic) or Diploma holders with 5 years of direct experience in CVD equipment
