Objective:
To distribute the company's film and television content to overseas markets—including North America, South Korea, and Southeast Asia—expanding the global presence and market share of the company's content while driving sustained growth in international business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored distribution strategies for key overseas markets—such as North America (Netflix, Disney+, etc.), South Korea (Lezhin Comics, Topreels, etc.), and Southeast Asia (Singapore's MeWATCH, Thailand's AIS Play, etc.)—defining clear distribution goals and implementation pathways.
- Establish and manage relationships with overseas platforms, distributors, and channel partners. Lead distribution negotiations to facilitate the successful launch and promotion of the company's content in international markets.
- Oversee end-to-end management of overseas distribution projects, including content localization, marketing campaigns, and performance tracking, to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in film and television distribution within overseas markets such as North America, South Korea, and/or Southeast Asia. Familiarity with local distribution channels, regulatory policies, and market dynamics is essential.
- Established network of contacts within international film and television distribution channels, with a track record of efficiently securing distribution partnerships.
- Strong communication skills in foreign languages (e.g., English, Korean), capable of seamless cross-cultural communication and business negotiation.

- Experience in optical Thin film coatings manufacturing environment is advantageous & preferred
- Knowledge of modern thin film coating production technologies including thermal evaporation, electron beam evaporation, ion-assisted deposition, and magnetron sputtering is preferred.
- Knowledge in Optical Principles, Optical Coatings, Optical Design, Optical Fabrication, Optical Physics, Opto-Mechanical principles, and other technical areas within the Optical Industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing design software such as TFCalc, Filmstar, Macleod or Optilayer.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, as well as in teams.
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills.
