Supervise and lead a team of field technicians engaged in the collection, transportation, and disposal of toxic industrial waste materials.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to the handling and disposal of toxic industrial waste.
Coordinate field operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Train and mentor field technicians/machine operators on proper handling procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Prepare and file safety and health documents.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Environmental Health and Safety department, to develop and implement waste management strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and identify opportunities for optimization.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including waste manifests, reports, and records of waste disposal activities.
Requirements:
At least 3 years relevant experience in toxic industrial waste industry
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to hazardous waste management.

- Minimum 5 years of experiences in a technical environment
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a highly skilled technician workforce
- Candidates with Class 3 Singapore driving license preferred.
- Practical, hands-on experience in beverage equipment ( Preferably)
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in implementing Lean/Kaizen or other continuous improvement projects.
- Demonstrated capability in resource planning and team management.
