What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-site technical support for POS terminals, self-checkout machines, kiosks, and other retail systems
- Perform hardware diagnostics , minor repairs, replacements, and system testing
- Coordinate with the Territory Manager and support teams to ensure minimal downtime
- Communicate with store managers and vendors to troubleshoot issues quickly
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and inventory usage
- Support escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service
What You Bring:
- Experience in hardware field support , especially with electronics, retail systems, or kiosks
- Comfortable with PCB-level diagnostics and hands-on troubleshooting
- A background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering , or relevant technical certifications would be a plus

CSSC Marine Service Co., Ltd. (CMS) is the official service subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC). Established in 2017, CMS provides lifecycle support for marine engines and equipment produced by CSSC. Responsibilities:
