Position Overview
The Field Services Executive will be leading and working with around 25 Field Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Assist Manager in overseeing the Field Service team in their daily operations such as resource planning, job scheduling, job fulfillment and fault call
- Service Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to ensure services are delivered within SLAs
- Technical Issue Management: Address technical issues to ensure terminals function correctly at deployment
- Customer Complaint Handling: Attend to customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, implement immediate corrective actions, and preventive measures to closure
- Skill Development: Ensure all technicians have the necessary skills for their scope of work
- Training Documentation: Work with relevant team members to maintain, update, and enhance operation training, troubleshooting, and configuration guides for technicians
- Test Cards / Cash Cards Applications: Manage the application and distribution of test cards and cash cards for technicians and ensure they have necessary tools for their field services
- 2nd Level Support: Provide 2nd level support for CTS Merchant’s profile and parameter setup in internal systems
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Technical Engineering
- At least 2 to 3 years of Supervisory Technical Support Operation experience required
Skills and Knowledge
- Team Player with effective communication skills and a strong analytical mind
- Able to work extended hours, if required, subject to the dynamic field operation environment
- Savvy in Microsoft excel and power point
- Proactive individual with a hands-on approach in managing field service operations, ensuring team efficiency and high-quality service delivery
- Class 3 driving license is required

Responsibilities- Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain and support company systems in the field.
- Support OEM partners and End Users under warranty and service support agreements as defined.
- Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training.
- Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager.
- Maintain the company’s parts inventory under the position’s control. Maintain proper stock levels in accordance with the spare parts stock policy, as set from time to time.
- Assist in new equipment integration, add-ons, and upgrades.
- Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers.
- Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.
- Other tasks deemed necessary by the Management.
- Bachelor’s degree related to Semiconductor / Engineering industry.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, service orientation.
- Ability to accept work shifts and overseas support if needed.

What You’ll Do
- Install, commission, and maintain LM2500/LM6000 gas turbines on FPSOs.
- Troubleshoot turbine packages, auxiliary systems, and rotating equipment.
- Lead planned and unplanned shutdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with OEMs and client engineering teams to meet technical and safety standards.
- Document service activities and mentor junior engineers on-site.
- Support remote diagnostics and performance monitoring using digital tools.
What You Bring
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with LM2500 and LM6000 turbines.
- FPSO experience with mechanical integration and operational support.
- Familiarity with control systems (Mark VIe, Mark V) and technical drawings.
- Offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET, OGUK Medical) preferred.
- Willingness to travel globally and work offshore on rotational schedules.
