Job Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and repair of hydraulic and electrical system for Aircraft Tow Tractors, GPU (Ground Power Unit), ACU
(Air Conditioning Unit), ASU (Air Starter Unit), etc.
· Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out properly in accordance with approved documents.
· Ensure proper and accurate details filled up and signed off on job card and task sheets upon completion of work.
· Ensure equipment is in working/serviceable condition before releasing to user.
· Perform modification on electrical wiring as necessary with approved documents or data as per OEM
recommendation.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum NiTEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 1 years of working experience in Automotive industries.
· Comfortable with shift work arrangement.
· Candidate with LTA Class 3/4/5 license will have added advantage.
· Monday to Thursday, 0800 to 1730 hour, Friday, 0800 to 1700.

RoleThe Field Service Engineer is responsible for Compliance & Safety, Installation/Commissioning, Maintenance/Repairs, Technical Support and Reporting.
This position reports to the Area Service Manager, Singapore and is part of the ASEAN Equipment Services Team and will be an on-site role.
What you will do- Responsible for on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and planned maintenance for Cytiva’s equipment.
- Providing quality services as per company’s service guidelines and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth in your team, and adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
- Working closely with service sales in preparing proposals/recommendations to customers.
- Timely and proper input of services performed in the company’s database (CRM).
- Collaboration and working closely with cross-functional teams (commercial, logistics, product and leadership) to enhance customer experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience preferably in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry with a strong background in engineering. Automation experience/knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues.
- Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other ASEAN language is a plus.
- Able to travel extensively and on short notice across Singapore and ASEAN.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
