This role involves performing day-to-day operations at our tank farm and jetty area. The Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in the operation of pipeline systems, inspecting equipment, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to company procedures.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor and assist in the operation of pipeline systems, including inspection and maintenance of pipes, pumps, valves, and tanks.
- Carry out first-line maintenance tasks, such as replacing blinds, greasing valves, and oiling operational equipment.
- Assist in daily operations, including maintaining a clean and organized work site.
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Higher/Nitec degree in engineering disciplines are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to perform outdoor fieldwork is essential.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including alternate weekends off.

Purpose of this role:
To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all technical aspects of production — including camera, sound, and lighting — by coordinating resources, scheduling crew, managing external vendors and supporting production teams in delivering high-quality outputs.

- Plan crew schedules and assign tasks based on production requirements.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure technical and manpower needs are met.
- Call for quotations, negotiate and manage external vendors for external crew and additional equipment requirements.
