**Customer Engagement**

**Operational**
+ Support Campaign roll-out within the region. Responsible to drive growth through BTB campaigns and regional/pole special to push the short cycle order and revenue growth.
+ Responsible for driving MOS with FSMs, Spot Co-ordinators, Branch lead service engineers for SPOT & Parts Revenue and Billing, Front-log & Back-log forecast and planning included.
+ Regional focal for ISC Demand planning for Hardware & Software shipments - Attend the monthly regional and pole level MOS calls, Provide Material SIOP forecasts for month & quarter.
+ Maintain Billability and Utilization for region as per global standard or regional agreement. Participate in burden rate & recovery review at set frequency.
+ Ensure Installed Base Audits are planned and completed on schedule.
+ Drive and monitor Honeywell HSE culture and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, track and monitor SOS metrices.
+ Ensure that all HSE requirements for customer sites are thoroughly documented, regularly updated, and communicated to stakeholders prior to any FSS site visit.

+ Work with labour resource pools such as GES, Contractors and other LOBs to support field activities ensuring compliance to local laws, HSE compliance and correct documentation as required.
+ Ensure correct visas for foreign workers in partnership with FSM and GMS.
+ Ensure that compliance measures are established prior to travel, addressing all GMS aspects, including Immigration, Tax, and Social Security.
+ Ensure labor SIOP reporting and planning is maintained to optimize labor resourcing including driving the quarterly SIOP MOS for your area of responsibility.
+ Ensure Work Execution planning is completed to understand the resource and skill requirements.
**Training and Development**
+ Ensure all FSS in their territory are fully trained and understand business drivers and tools required to fulfill their role.
+ Identify FSS skills gaps and drive competencies to support future needs.
+ Ensure the scheduling and completion of training plans for technical (CEAT) and soft skills, new products, quality and mandatory HSE Training for all FSSs and TECPros if applicable across their territory.
+ Monitor and alert FSSs of expiring CEAT Certifications and proactively drive recertifications.
+ Manage and support the rollout of processes, training, tools, and initiatives, including productivity and its tracking
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**

RTI employs a staff of Field Operations Specialists (FOS) that are highly experienced in operating petroleum refining and/or chemicals processes and equipment. Daily, our FOS work with refinery operations personnel and turnaround professionals to plan and carry out process unit shutdown, clearing, and chemical cleaning strategies. This position will support our Asia Pacific region in addition to our other international markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads and builds diverse teams of people (RTI, client, other contractors, etc.) during implementation of a project designed to execute clearing and cleaning activities in refineries.
- Independently creates, reviews, and implements MOC-level clearing and cleaning plans using computer-based documents and developer programs, and in-depth industry knowledge.
- Follows and implements best practices through consistent use of RTI's project planning and execution Roadmap.
- Trains appropriate client personnel on RTI's cleaning and clearing strategies, acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Follows-up with clients to ensure that we meet or exceed their expectations; communicates results internally and resolves shortfalls.

Key Responsibilities
- Operations and maintenance support of network equipment -DWDM/SDH/Ethernet/IP/MPLS, Transmission Equipment, Submarine Cable Landing Stations' SLTEs.
- Resolve proactive and reactive L1 faults arising in the network equipment or individual customer circuits by analyzing, troubleshooting and incident response on the system. Communicate with NOC technicians and/or local service providers and track those problems through to resolution.
- Service Delivery/Provisioning support of Carrier/Metro Ethernet, SDH/DWDM, IP/MPLS, Voice, International customer / backbone circuits and last mile links through daily interaction with internal Service Delivery teams. Responsible for layer-1 & layer-2 testing using optical test equipment.
- Installation and Commissioning of Transmission/DWDM, IP/ MPLS, Ethernet, Voice or any other network devices through internal projects and perform upgrades within the existing system as per the project plans and scope of work provided by Engineering/ PM.
- Supporting submarine cable repair by performing required operations in the PFE, running COTDR tests as required through interactions with the cable repair ship that carry out the subsea cable repair work on a 24/7 basis.
- Maintaining accurate inventory of hardware assets (periodic physical asset audits), upkeep perfect circuits/networks records, timely update of OSS/BSS tools, adhering to all internal/external audit requirements including the upkeep of the accuracy of all network operations relevant data, follow all internal process/procedures diligently.
- Requirement to perform rotational shift and weekly 24/7 standby duties. Involves frequent travelling to multiple other PoPs (around 20) within Singapore for the operation and maintenance related activities. Travel, when necessary to overseas PoPs/ network sites in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Brunei for the network implementation/ deployment works.
- Perform network circuits migration (physical/optical layer migration of multiple links from one device to another in a phased manner to meet network infrastructure's new platform upgrades).
- Ensure necessary coordination on certification field level testing. Coordinate with the technical teams for new enhancements issue resolution.
- All or any other work arising out of the business/operations requirement -not limited to maintaining the sanity/ hygiene of the datacentre environment, movement of hardware assets within Singapore offices, carry out any ad hoc jobs.
- Track and monitor the environmental performance to ensure minimal interruption to network transmission and or network switches.
- Lead, drive and monitor all maintenance and cost savings activities related to facilities including facility maintenance and thereby ensuring sufficient focus on optimizing the cost of facility infrastructure while maintaining reliability both in terms of operations and capital investments.
- Create and maintain infrastructure necessary for the growth and upkeep of field and network operations to drive network efficiency and availability.

Minimum qualification & experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SDH, DWDM / Submarine cable system operations, Ethernet technologies and structured cabling. Should have used and be familiar with SDH/DWDM, Ethernet, OTDR, COTDR network testing equipment.

- A fast learner with multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure and perform given task with minimal to no supervision.

RTI employs a staff of Field Operations Specialists (FOS) that are highly experienced in operating petroleum refining and/or chemicals processes and equipment. Daily, our FOS work with refinery operations personnel and turnaround professionals to plan and carry out process unit shutdown, clearing, and chemical cleaning strategies. This position will support our Asia Pacific region in addition to our other international markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads and builds diverse teams of people (RTI, client, other contractors, etc.) during implementation of a project designed to execute clearing and cleaning activities in refineries.
- Independently creates, reviews, and implements MOC-level clearing and cleaning plans using computer-based documents and developer programs, and in-depth industry knowledge.
- Follows and implements best practices through consistent use of RTI’s project planning and execution Roadmap.
- Trains appropriate client personnel on RTI’s cleaning and clearing strategies, acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Follows-up with clients to ensure that we meet or exceed their expectations; communicates results internally and resolves shortfalls.
- Conducts business in a safe manner consistent with RTI’s Core Behaviors, with an emphasis on a servant's heart and competitive urgency.
- Builds key relationships with multiple levels of employees at our client companies.
- Controls costs through daily prudent decisions.
- Identifies and implements operational efficiencies both internally (RTI) and externally (client) by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Ensures that effective JSAs are completed and reviewed and adheres to all client site entry and safety requirements.
- Onsite safety liaison for projects in his/her control, performs work safely in all plant settings; identifies potential safety incidents, escalates, and mitigates as necessary to prevent incidents from occurring; communicates to clients and internally to share lessons learned.
- Completes Incident Reports and participates in cause finding and corrective action.
- Completes all project close out tasks and documentation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- On some occasions will be a Lead Operations Project Manager, having responsibility for others on the team.
- Provides direction to part-time Operations Project Technicians.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 + years of refinery, upgrader, gas plants or chemical plant operations experience, and/or successful completion of Process Technician program.
- 2 years of experience independently and efficiently planning projects.
- 2 years of experience diagnosing and solving complex operational problems in a refinery setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of complex process units and piping circuits gained through refinery operator experience.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master software tools.
- History of consistently safe work practices in operational settings.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and confidently communicate plans to plant personnel at multiple organizational levels.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a lead turnaround role strongly preferred.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands
The Company requires passing a pre-employment physical in which an objective medical professional will determine whether you can safely meet the physical demands of the position.
Duration of Workhours During Project Executions:
- Typically, 12 continuous hours that may extend up to 16 – 18 hours if an emergency need exists, for up to 14 days in a row.
- Day shift and/or night shift.
Working Conditions During Project Executions:
- Uneven or unstable ground, and wet, muddy, or slippery surfaces and footings.
- Outside locations in extreme temperatures and weather conditions including wind, rain, snow, and other forms of inclement weather.
- Routine, intermittent exposure to noise more than 85 dBA-TWA.
Physical Demands:
- Work at heights up to 200 ft/ 45m accessed via stairs, climbing ladders, or critical lifts by cranes. This requires an ability to climb ladders and stairs without issue.
- Lifting and carrying up to 40lbs., without assistance.
- Pushing / pulling up to 100 lbs., without assistance.
- Standing and walking for up to 12 to 16 hours daily with minimal rest breaks. May exceed 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day.
- Bending and stooping repeatedly and performing task including twisting or turning valves and using wrenches and hand tools.
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel to outlying markets to support a growing list of clients across our Asia Pacific and international markets. You will spend 100 – 150 nights per year away from home.
