This role bridges engineering and NPI, with a strong emphasis on test development, assembly troubleshooting, and electronic design support. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with hands-on experience in optical and electronic test systems, test automation (Python), communication protocols (I2C), and working knowledge of high-speed PCB design and FPGA-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or a related field OR Diploma in electronics with > 5 years hands on experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in fiber optics or high-speed electronics.
• Proficient in Python for test automation and data processing.
• Strong understanding of I2C communication, including debugging and register mapping.
• Hands-on experience with optical and electronic test equipment.
• Exposure to high-speed PCB design (signal integrity, layout constraints, impedance control).

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize network infrastructure: Implement and tune high-speed network systems to support ultra-low-latency trading applications and services.
