What this job involves:

You will also collaborate with global alcohol brands, luxury brands, creative and event agencies, and PR teams to deliver market-defining campaigns, activations, and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative and strategic development of new hospitality concepts, brand identities, and guest experiences from vision to launch.
Direct all elements of F&B concept creation, including spatial planning, menu engineering, service philosophy, and storytelling.
Partner with alcohol brands to design and deliver beverage-led activations, training programs, and integrated brand campaigns.
Collaborate with external creative, event, and experiential agencies to co-develop and execute high-impact, cross-channel campaigns.
Oversee internal and external teams across operations, marketing, events, and PR to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
Guide venue launches and brand rollouts with a focus on originality, operational functionality, and commercial viability.
Champion guest experience across all venues and activations, ensuring innovation, consistency, and service excellence.
Build, mentor, and empower high-performing local teams , creating clear career development pathways and leadership opportunities to retain and grow top talent.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore , with strong knowledge of the local and regional F&B landscape.
Minimum 10 years' experience in senior hospitality leadership or as an F&B owner/operator.
Demonstrated success in launching venues, building hospitality brands, and crafting exceptional guest experiences.
Experience collaborating with alcohol brands, creative agencies, and event partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Proven consultancy experience in Asia—supporting F&B operators, developers, or brands across concept, design, and operations.
Strong creative sensibility with operational grounding—able to balance visionary thinking with practical execution.

The Creative Director is responsible for leading and developing the company's creative offering, including developing the creative product, finding and developing creative talent, managing the creative process/delivery, helping to grow the business, building client relationships and building the agency's creative profile in the market. Specific responsibilities include:
- Be the champion of strategy and innovation led design within the company externally
- Build strong innovation, consumer and corporate design capabilities in the company
- Support on brand strategy when required (positioning, concept development, architecture/portfolio strategy, etc)
- Lead the development of creative strategy and ensure it is translated into effective creative solutions
- Develop big ideas that can work across various brand touchpoints and experiences (identity, packaging, digital, comms, retail, etc)
- Lead design development and deliver innovative design, ensuring that execution and crafting are of a high standard
- Help to build awareness and preference for the company's creative offering in the marketplace
- Lead overall internal and external creative thought leadership initiatives such as internal sharing sessions, trends, talks, published content, design and effectiveness award entries
- Continually drive leading-edge creativity to inspire team and clients
- Lead creative presentations to clients and prospects
- Strive for 100% client satisfaction, thereby building long-term trust and loyalty
- Ensure delivery of projects is on-time and within pre-agreed budgeted hours
- Brief and oversee third-party partners and suppliers (freelance designers, illustrators, photographers, print production, environment design, digital execution, film/TV content etc)
- Support other Creative Directors and teams across the network as and when required
- Lead the creative team, providing direction, talent development and ensuring that performance is managed using the KPI and review process
- Scout and interview new talent to build the creative team
- Ensure revelant skills are deployed effectively across assignments
- Help to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing new business with both current and new clients
- Support business development work with other offices as and when required
