- Provide support for the implementation of the organization's outreach plans and identifies potential platforms for outreach
- Support the implementation of relevant frameworks, protocols and procedures in his/ her own area of work
- Conduct needs assessment and identify key risks and protective factors for intervention
- Develops child-centric case plan for each child identified with moderate/ high risks to coordinate support for the children and families

Job Holder Requirements:
- Qualification: Recognized Diploma in Social Service/ Social Work/ Diploma in Early Childhood/ Psychology /Related Fields

Good knowledge of community resources available to help children & families
- Experience in working with children would be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal, communications skills (Verbal and written).
- Due to the nature of work, candidate needs to be proficient in English language, both verbal and written and proficient in a second language (Chinese, Malay or Tamil)
