Social Worker – Family Service
Location: Bukit Timah
Duration: Permanent
Salary: $3,200 – $,500 + 300 fixed monthly allowance
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Case management and counselling victim admitted under Child Protection Orders, Probation Orders, Family Guidance Orders, referred cases, and compassionate ground cases.
- Conduct admission procedures, including intake interviews and liaising with stakeholders.
- Perform needs assessment using tools such as CANS and YLS/CMI.
- Develop Individualised Care Plans (ICP) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal case reviews, progress assessments, and case supervision.
- Maintain timely and accurate case documentation, reports, and records.
- Represent residents at court hearings,reviews, and school conferences.
- Conduct psychoeducational and therapeutic group programmes.
- Liaise with schools, external agencies, and community partners to support residents’ education and welfare.
- Collaborate with internal teams for residents’ progress, camps, and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information and support organisational projects as required.
- Bachelor or Master of Social Work, or other recognised qualifications accredited by SASW.

- 5.5 working days (8.30am to 5.30pm) (9am -1pm)
- There are times you need to be flexible with working hours based on the employer’s needs & OT Pay will be compensated.
