Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Production
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed.
- Optimize workflow and ensure timely delivery of products.
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage raw materials and stock levels.
- Minimize production downtime due to material shortages or machine issues.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and labor regulations.
Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to high operational standards.
- Implement workplace safety practices aligned with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) standards.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's environmental and industrial regulations (NEA, MOM, etc.).
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Manufacturing, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience to effectively supervise a team of 20 production workers, ensuring optimal workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and achievement of daily production targets.

- Constantly develop new ideas to enhance production productivity
Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in food / industrial engineering background
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in F&B production
- Dynamic, team leader with a positive working attitude
- Good written communication with internal and external stakeholders
