We are seeking a Facility Engineer tasked with overseeing and managing the facility maintenance, operations, and energy management initiatives for our plant facility and equipment.
**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and functionality of the facility to support operations.**
**Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facility supervisors and technicians.**
**Create and execute maintenance schedules and protocols for plant facilities and equipment.**
**Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for facility repairs and maintenance projects.**
**Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance requirements.**
**Introduce and execute the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program for plant facilities and equipment.**
**Ensure monitoring and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.**
**Identify and address facility-related issues or concerns promptly.**
**Manage budgets and expenditures associated with facility maintenance.**
**Develop and execute enhancements to improve facility operations and efficiency.**
**Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and initiatives to minimize energy consumption.**
**Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for energy-related projects and upgrades.**
**Analyze energy consumption data to optimize energy performance.**
**Lead sustainability initiatives and advocate for energy conservation practices within the plant.**
**Required Qualifications**
**Degrees in engineering disciplines that are preferred.**
**Experience in facilities management, engineering, or related field**
**Possessing the Singapore Certified Energy Manager Certification (Professional) is an advantage.**
**Strong leadership and communication skills**
**Knowledge of building systems and facility equipment maintenance**
**Understanding of safety and regulatory standards**
**Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively**
