Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experience and key Staff Manager to lead our Warehouse Distribution Center (DC) operations both in Singapore and US. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and secure handling of high-value, sensitive components and finished goods across global supply chains. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise, a strong understanding of semiconductor industry requirements, process/customer focus mind-set and a proven record to lead complex, high-tech operation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end DC operations including inbound operation, inventory control, storage, outbound fulfillment, for semiconductor components and finished goods.
Oversee automated inventory management systems to maintain traceability,
Leverage advanced WMS, ERP, and automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, robotics, RFID) to drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
Build and lead a high-performing team of warehouse managers, supervisors, and technicians. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Apply Lean methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve throughput in a high-mix, high-volume environment.
Partner with customer service, planning, quality, and global logistic teams to ensure seamless material flow and support.
Implement robust security protocols to safeguard high-value inventory and intellectual property.
Ensure strict adherence to industry-specific standards including ESD protocols, and export control regulations.
Prepare for and respond to supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
10+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector.
Deep understanding of semiconductor operation, including handling chips, sensitive electronic components and distribution networks
Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with cleanroom operation and ESD-safe practices.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with global operation, customs compliance, and trade regulations is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant operations experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant operations experience with 2+ of those years involving leadership experience.
