Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security model, ACLs, CMDB, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with integration and orchestration between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and stakeholder alignment.
Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) – highly advantageous
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one major module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Desirable Attributes
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT).
Experience with cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS) and identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth).

What you will be responsible for:
Design end-to-end ERP solutions, including system integration, data migration, and customization requirements.
Evaluate existing ERP infrastructure and propose improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specification.
Lead the implementation of ERP modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Define the development specifications for the ERP system.
Develop and maintain documentation for ERP architecture, design decisions, and integration patterns.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ERP systems and their integrations.
How you will stand out:
Five plus years of ERP development experience that includes SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA, or database procedures and packages is strongly preferred
Experience with Oracle development tools: SQL Developer, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Forms and Reports, XML Publisher
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules like Finance (GL,AR,AP,FA), and supply chain (INV, PO, MO,WIP,BOM) etc.
Experience with Oracle EBS Open Interfaces and API's; data conversions, EDI, data interfacing
Familiar with development languages other than Oracle, such as C, C#, Java, etc.
Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
