Conduct Face to Face Interview/survey
Contract period: from Aug – Nov 2025
Job requirements and expectations
· Singaporeans/ SPRs need apply
· Conduct 60 interviews per month arranged by hirer
· Interviews may be in the mornings, afternoons or nights depending on respondents' availability
· Physically able to go to interview locations assigned across Singapore
· Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend days (Sat/ Sun)
· Must be fluent in English and one other local language in Mandarin/ Malay/ Tamil
· Comfortable working on phones/ tablets and reasonably tech savvy, using apps like Zoom, etc
· Tablet will be provided by company
· Comfortable interacting with people of all ages
· Must attend 2 trainings designated by the hirer in week of 28 July (to be confirmed) and full days on the 4&5 Aug (Mon & Tues)
· Must pass all the quizzes, assessments and live interview observation
· Notice of 1 month required if not able to continue after confirmation of hire
Remuneration
· $2000 per month + $00 transport
· If completed more than 60 interviews per month, an additional bonus of $ 00 will be given

Location: Work from home
Ranges from $3 - $10 for each successfully recruited respondent to make an appointment to do surveys at a time of their convenience.
Completion bonus for committed and hard-working interviewers.
Job Scope
Make appointments with pre-informed respondents of an on-going/ upcoming survey from a given list.
The recruited respondent will receive NTUC vouchers from participation in the survey.
Phone interviewer / surveyor
- Phone service app to make calls will be provided.
- Expected to make calls between 10am-8pm during weekdays and 1 weekend day.
- Must be highly committed and results driven.
- Comfortable with talking to people on the phone and making soft persuasion to encourage participation in the surveys.
