We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform servicing and maintenance of equipment and systems, installation of machinery.

The successful candidate will collect and monitor customer equipment performance indices, perform scheduled preventive maintenance with the customer when required, liaise directly with customers for their requirements, and coordinate projects for installation and training.

Key responsibilities include performing on-call and standby duties as required, taking the initiative to identify and resolve technical issues, being a team player and meticulous in details, having a positive attitude in customer service, and maintaining good housekeeping practices.

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• A Class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Experience in setting up and servicing FPI Cleaning Lines or high vacuum systems or heat treatment furnaces, as well as CNC/PLC control systems, is preferred.

Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs for building systems and facilities.
• Respond to emergency situations to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
• Monitor and record equipment performance, maintenance activities, and technical issues.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to energy efficiency and propose technical solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and spare parts are in good working condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITE certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or M&E systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physically fit and willing to work on shifts, weekends, or be on standby duty when required.
