What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead juniors and work with the team on day to day operations
- Work with front of house to ensure a united front and back operations
- Prepare and execute dishes with consistency and creativity
- Clean, prep, and organise ingredients efficiently
- Work on R&D and refine existing recipes
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen organisation to the highest standards
- Support or lead junior team members (depending on role)
- Keep up with culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and stock/order management

- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform servicing and maintenance of equipment and systems, installation of machinery.
The successful candidate will collect and monitor customer equipment performance indices, perform scheduled preventive maintenance with the customer when required, liaise directly with customers for their requirements, and coordinate projects for installation and training.
Key responsibilities include performing on-call and standby duties as required, taking the initiative to identify and resolve technical issues, being a team player and meticulous in details, having a positive attitude in customer service, and maintaining good housekeeping practices.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- A Class 3 driving license is preferred.
- Experience in setting up and servicing FPI Cleaning Lines or high vacuum systems or heat treatment furnaces, as well as CNC/PLC control systems, is preferred.
