Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution
· Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals and cultural milestones
· Lead the ideation and rollout of thematic campaigns (e.g. festive, heritage, product launches)
· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Retail) and external partners (agencies, influencers)
· Candidates with strong PowerPoint or Keynote skills will be given priority for employment.
. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required — including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects will be an added advantage.
Brand & Cultural Integration
· Ensure campaigns reflect brand identity and cultural relevance, especially in heritage-sensitive sectors
· Craft narratives that bridge tradition and modernity, enhancing emotional resonance with target audiences
· Support packaging and visual merchandising strategies with culturally inspired concepts
Digital & Offline Activation
· Manage omnichannel marketing calendars (social media, email, in-store, events)
· Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI
· Coordinate with creative teams on content production, copywriting, and design briefs
Budget & Vendor Management
· Prepare campaign budgets and monitor spend efficiency
· Liaise with vendors for media buys, production, and event logistics
· Ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to brand guidelines
