As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AMEC Partners, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving its mission to accelerate investment and innovation in Southeast Asia’s energy transition. You will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the business—including operations, business development, financial oversight, stakeholder relations, team leadership, and regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and execution of long-term strategic plans and business objectives.

- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, and market expansion across Southeast Asia.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, government bodies, and board members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance best practices.
- Represent the company publicly and enhance its brand, reputation, and impact in the region and globally.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in private equity, investment, energy, or related sectors.
- Proven extensive network and established high-level connections in the United States, with a strong focus on California.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia’s business landscape and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising (private and institutional), M&A, or large-scale project execution.
- Excellent strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational management skills.
- Strong network across government agencies, industry players, and capital partners is highly preferred.
