- Responsibilities include coordinating player registration and match schedules
- Recording scores and troubleshooting issues during the event
Requirements also include working specific hours at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre and having relevant experience in tournament administration or game refereeing is preferred.

Job Purpose:
The Driver & Barista (Events Support) combines safe and efficient driving with barista duties for our coffee events. The employee plays a key role in keeping our cafés and events running smoothly. The employee also helps with logistics such as restocking supplies and transporting equipment, while also representing Foreword Coffee as a barista at corporate and community events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving & Logistics
- Deliver weekly café restocks (coffee beans and supplies) to outlets.
- Pack and prepare items for café restocks and event setups.
- Transport coffee carts, brewing equipment, and supplies to event sites.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving and organizing equipment.
- Ensure safe and responsible driving of the company van, maintaining cleanliness and upkeep.
Barista & Event Support
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee at corporate and community events.
- Engage customers with friendly service.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Support café operations where necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Class 3 driving licence (required).
- Safe, responsible, and punctual driver with a good record.
- Physically fit to handle event setup and lifting items (up to 20–25kg).
- Valid food hygiene certificate.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented.
- Willing to work one weekend day per week.
- Prior F&B or barista experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).

About the Role
As a Senior / Associate Executive, you will be Operations Support Services reporting to Event Support, Telecom & ROF Services Lead to oversee a team to provide day-to-day operations and administrative support for Event Support and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage contracts related to AV services and vendors
Coordinate the setup of venues and manage overall logistics
Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment as well as provide live technical support during events
Manage an inventory of AV equipment and maintain its condition
Be the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of events
Manage Facility Reservation System to ensure users’ requirements are met in terms of granting approvals, liaising on facility, rental/manpower rates, etc.
Assist Service Lead with tracking of Key Performance Indicators, event support income, expenses, and budget planning
Job Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in Audio-Visual (AV) Technology, Infocomm Technology, or related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Healthcare Industry
Knowledgeable of AV system design concepts, projectors, sound systems, computer hardware, and Windows Operating System
Basic knowledge in Creston and Extron products is an added advantage
Possess strong administrative, problem-solving, written, and communication skills
Event coordinating skills are an added advantage
Able to commit to staying after office hours or on weekends/public holidays to support events when required
