Description:In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the quality and output of mold components by collaborating with supervisors and molding technicians.
- Improve mold component quality by working closely with supervisors and molding technicians.
- Optimize operating parameters of molds and related equipment to ensure adherence to manufacturing tolerances.
- Prepare periodic reports on mold performance and other related equipment.
- Assist design engineering in developing automated processes to enhance productivity.
- Work with the Injection Molding Engineering Supervisor to establish achievable goals.
- Recommend technical feasibility of methods to resolve diagnosed problems.
- Address mould technical and fabrication issues, and provide technical recommendations for troubleshooting.
- Train and develop technical personnel, including old and new technologies.
- Plan and coordinate special projects to meet quality, productivity, and cost objectives consistent with departmental goals.
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- Diploma or higher in Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
