Position Location
Responsibilities
Oversee all logistics for public events, including venue setup, AV systems, staging, security, permitting, and cross-team staff coordination, with emphasis on technical execution and operational efficiency.
Serve as the technical lead for event infrastructure, including configuration and operation of audiovisual systems, live-streaming platforms, simultaneous translation tools, and digital engagement software.
Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, contract negotiations, and SLAs; ensure vendor performance through KPIs and post-event evaluations.
