Managing Event Logistics and Operations
Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy.

- Information Desk Support: Staff hospitality areas, assist with guest inquiries, provide directions, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback through surveys, interviews, or in-person interactions to evaluate satisfaction and inform future improvements.
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Assist with thank-you notes, compile event reports, and update guest databases for future communications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators, planners, and volunteers to ensure smooth execution and overall event success.
- Professionalism: Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor, showcasing exceptional hospitality to ensure guests feel valued and appreciated.
Qualifications
- Passion for event management, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, during the event period (1–30 Oct 2025).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, email).
- Previous experience in event coordination or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Preferably available to continue through December 2025.
