We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing various company events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, permits, and reporting, while ensuring smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage event profit and loss (P&L) reports.
- Apply for and manage various event-related permits and approvals.
- Handle event paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support on-site event logistics when required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in events coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as our customers are both local and from China.
- Willingness to work on evenings and weekends when required (time off in lieu will be provided).
- Taxi fare claims will be provided for evening work.
