We are recruiting for a private equity real estate firm looking to diversify their acquisition strategy and am seeking an experienced Asset Management professional with good track record in the repositioning of their commercial real estate properties.
As a Manager/Senior Manager, Asset Management, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and financial analysis in the implementation of asset strategies, working in partnership with cross functional teams to maximize returns on the investment / asset.
You will be monitoring and analysis of business performance, including reviewing financial performance, leasing status, rental collection, operating expenses and planned capital expenditure through active management of asset financial models.
You will implement hands on execution of asset management strategies including asset positioning, leasing and marketing, capital expenditure planning, property management and annual budgeting. You will be responsible for a wide scope of work including portfolio management, asset management, lease, project and development management.
This will include formulating and executing overall fund strategy, including overseeing asset allocation and asset management plans. You will oversee, prepare and manage annual asset plan / budgets and financial reports, with the assistance of the asset management and finance teams. You will recommend asset enhancement, redevelopment, divestment opportunities and managing the sale process. You will participate in any potential development/ investment transaction process.
You will be managing and work closely with the appointed property agents to ensure the assets are well-managed. **Required Qualifications:**
