Our client is seeking a skilled consultant for a secondment focused on the internalisation of a REIT manager for a Singapore Exchange (SGX) listed, Singapore domiciled Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The successful candidate will serve as the primary legal support for this project, working closely with a core project team.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on matters related to the internalisation of the REIT manager.
- Prepare and review SGX public announcements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle commercial and legal matters pertinent to the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Attend meetings and provide on-site legal support as required.
- Singapore qualified lawyer with minimum 6 years PQE.
