Collaborate with external partners to explore new business opportunities and joint initiative
Deploy wealth planning tools to design compliant fiduciary and corporate structures
Contribute to the firm’s fiduciary and corporate services revenue goals through strategic client engagement
Formulate sales strategies and expand distribution channels regionally (HK and beyond)
Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients for ongoing service and upsell potential
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline)
10–15 years of experience in wealth, estate, or legacy planning — ideally within private banking, insurance, or fiduciary services
Strong understanding of trust structures, cross-border wealth planning, and tax/regulatory frameworks
Excellent relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive, self-disciplined, and committed to client service excellence
Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese an advantage) for internal & external stakeholder management
