We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Cloud Solution Architect (12-15 years) with
extensive experience in Fusion ERP Cloud China Implementation and localization. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of Chinese regulatory requirements, language
preferences, and business practices, and will be responsible for ensuring our ERP solutions
are tailored to meet the needs of our clients in China.
- Lead China Localization Projects: Manage and execute localization project requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, ensuring compliance with Chinese regulations and standards (China-GAAP, VAT and Reporting).
- Set Up Legal Entities and Business Units: Identify COA Structure, Accounting structure (Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, and Subledgers), Create and configure legal entities and business units according to Chinese regulations and organizational structure including Configure Secondary Ledger for China GAAP (CAS).
- Taxation Configuration: Identify Tax requirements, Tax obligations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Golden Tax System), Define and set up tax codes and reporting formats to comply with Chinese VAT and other local taxes. Customize Financial Reporting: Align the chart of accounts and financial statements with Chinese accounting standards and reporting requirements including statutory reporting requirements (MOF & SAT compliance).
- Implement Localization Features: Enable and configure localization features such as Golden Tax Adaptor for VAT reporting.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure all configurations meet local requirements and stakeholder needs.
