What You’ll Do
ERP Management & Support
Manage and support Epicor Kinetic, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues (customizations, BAQs, BPMs, APIs)
Perform root cause analysis and optimize system performance (SQL tuning, indexing)
Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain BAQs and dashboards for executives, operations, and shop floor users
Deliver performance-optimized, secure, and reusable data solutions using Epicor tools or integrations (e.g., GROW)
UI Customization
Create and maintain custom UI components using Application Studio (pages, fields, logic, widgets)
Ensure changes are resilient to upgrades and well-documented
Automation & Business Logic
Develop BPMs and Epicor Functions to automate processes and enforce business rules
Ensure testing and rollback plans are in place for all deployments
Integrations & APIs
Implement and maintain integrations using Service Connect, REST/OData APIs, or middleware
Manage API security, keys, scopes, and access control
Governance & Documentation
Own version control, deployment records, and documentation across all ERP customizations
Enforce change management processes including testing and rollback procedures
Training & Knowledge Sharing
Train internal users to reduce reliance on external consultants
Create user guides, runbooks, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
3 years of technical Epicor Kinetic experience — ideally in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with Service Connect, REST/OData APIs, and ERP integrations
Familiarity with modern web development concepts (Angular, TypeScript, .NET)
Strong troubleshooting, support, and ERP governance skills

IT Manager / Senior IT Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations across local and overseas offices.

Maintenance Spare Parts Store Supervisor / Storekeeper
Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Work location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
Salary: $3500- $500 + 200 (Site Allowance)
Job Purpose:
To manage, control, and supervise the maintenance spares and materials store to ensure timely availability of critical spares, consumables, and tools for smooth plant operations. Responsible for inventory accuracy, housekeeping, safety compliance, and cost-effective management of store activities.
1. Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain accurate records of spares in the store.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and materials as per company procedures.
Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering of critical spares.
Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory, providing recommendations for disposal or reuse.
Continuous Improvement of existing inventory management systems

2. Store Operations & Housekeeping
Supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring materials are organized, labelled, and stored safely.

3. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with Procurement and Vendors for delivery and warranty claims.
Support shutdown/turnaround activities by ensuring availability and staging of spares.
4. System & Reporting
Update and manage GSAP / ZOHO / Other ERP system for all inventory transactions.
Generate stock consumption reports, monthly KPI reports, and variance reports.
Track and control spare parts cost, ensuring budget compliance.
5. For Supervisor role
Supervise store personnel and contractors, ensuring work discipline and compliance.
Provide training and guidance to store staff on inventory control and safe material handling.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance stores, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
