Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in human resource management or related fields.
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (both verbal and written)
With 1-2 years or more of experience in Singapore HR processing, familiar with Singapore's regulations such as CPF, personal income tax and labor laws. Those with experience in multinational companies or third-party payroll service companies are preferred
Detail-oriented, with strong learning ability, proficient in cross-team communication, and possessing certain stress resistance and emergency handling abilities.
Proficient in using payroll management systems and advanced Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.), with operating experience in payroll systems being preferred.
Having skills and experience in process improvement (such as lean process tools and methods) will be preferred.
