Job Description
We are looking for an HR specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the manpower related budget matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Other than handling the budget related matters, your primary duties also include liaison with internal stakeholders as well as HR colleagues in other entities to ensure timely and accurate submission of manpower budget. You will also be supporting the HRIS and preparation of reports for both internal and external.
The ideal candidate for this position should at least comes with 2 or more years of experience in a similar capacity. They also must ideally possess excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. In addition, they are comfortable working with various software and have excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Handling of HR related budget for both domestic and regional.
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of data.
Facilitate quarterly budget meetings with regional stakeholders
Preparation of reports (budget related, government surveys etc)
Administration of HRIS
Management of PMAS related matters.
Work closely with payroll & compensation team on the staff costs including but not limited to accrual of staff costs etc.
Timely update of Company Organization Structure for both domestic and regional for optimal business operation.
Division representative for ISO related matters, including audit.
Render support in other HR related projects.
Requirements:
Possess strong and sound knowledge of Excel, PPT.
Well versed in CPF ACT, Employment Act and Income Tax Act a plus.
Good communication skills & a good team player.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Detail oriented and result driven.
Good data analytical skills.
High sense of confidentiality.
Positive mindset and possess good initiative.
