Job Title: Technical Equipment Specialist

• Efficiently set up, install, and commission complex semiconductor equipment at client sites.
• Deliver expert pre and post sales technical support for servicing and upgrading equipment to meet customer expectations.
• Swiftly troubleshoot process-related problems, identifying root causes for timely issue resolution.
• Regularly provide detailed field service reports to defend the installed customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through on-ground interactions.
• Update and manage all service-related documentation or reports within databases.

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• Hold 3-5 years of experience in servicing automated production equipment.
• Exhibit excellent customer orientation skills.
• Able to travel internationally.

Job Details:

• Basic salary up to $2,400
• + Shift Allowance + OT Payment
• Entitled to AWS (13th month bonus), Performance bonus and Joining bonus

Responsibilities
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required
May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Experience In Equipment Maintenance Is Preferred

**Job Overview:**

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing quality repair and carrying out preventive maintenance service of etch/clean/deposition equipment at customer sites. Your duties will include installation, relocation of customer equipment, performing associated start-up and check-out activities.

• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers' sites. Conduct associated start-up, cut over and check-out activities on the newly installed systems.
• Provide warranty tool support or paid service for out-of-warranty tool by performing on-site general preventive maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities. Co-ordinate all service actions with customer to minimize downtime or system interruptions.
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to eliminate equipment malfunctions. Conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problem. Assess severity of malfunctions and determine corrective actions required or escalate for assistance and prompt resolution. When necessary, replace defective units, components or parts where appropriate.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with customers in relation to short-term defect work.
• Implement field modifications or updates as released in Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) which may involve removal and installation of assemblies, sub-assemblies, systems and subsystems.
• Carry out Tier 2 process qualification work.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logs, service records, part usage documentation, diagnostic updates and other management reports.
• Professionally represent the company to the customer. Utilize knowledge of company's product lines and services to keep existing/potential customers informed when new/additional needs are identified.
• Develop good customer relations during installation and execution of service contracts.
• Maintain company's assigned equipment (computer, tool kit, diagnostic test equipment, spare parts etc) in good working condition, secure and accounted for.
• Ensure safe working condition at work site.
