We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production machinery to meet output and quality targets.
Your main objective will be to maximise machine uptime and drive production quality. You will be expected to monitor machine performance and identify early signs of faults, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems with confidence, conduct routine and preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime, and inspect finished output and fine-tune machines to maintain consistency.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate production machinery to meet output and quality targets
- Monitor machine performance and identify early signs of faults
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems with confidence
