Ensures that our products and services satisfy the highest standards, through the application of best practices.SEPPIC Business development Manager - Nutrition and Animal Health (AH) manages and develops the Nutrition business in The Pacific, Indonesia, and Singapore regions as well as the Animal Health business in SEAPAC.**Nutrition Sales Management*** Propose and implement robust sales strategies and action plans.* Develop key strategic accounts and consistently deliver target sales revenue.* Facilitate all necessary regulatory requirements.* Remain accountable for exceptional customer satisfaction.**Animal Health Sales Management*** Directly manage existing customer accounts.* Follow up on current projects and develop a strong project pipeline.* Stay fully updated on all relevant regulatory requirements.* Manage existing business while actively developing a new project pipeline.* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the current distributor.* Measure and challenge distributor performance using key KPIs.* Stimulate, motivate, and train our distributor network.* Negotiate annual targets and action plans with each distributor.* Conduct regular appraisals of distributors.**Overall Sales Management*** Implement the price management policy effectively.* Contribute to developing a high level of technical expertise.* Develop a positive dynamic within the distributor network.* Establish CTSC priorities.* Provide support to the Customer Care Representative for debt collection efforts when required.* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences, preferably in Nutrition, Bioscience, or Immunology.* Possesses 5- 8 years working experience in business development in the Nutrition and/or Animal Health industry.* Demonstrate deep technical understanding of nutrition ingredients and formulations, or immunology/veterinary science.* Ability to travel independently across regions such as Indonesia and Australia, with extensive travel throughout the region* Ability to work in Project management and with team management.* Strong business development and entrepreneurship skills.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**We thank you for your interest in SEPPIC.
