- Incident Investigation: Conduct incident investigations, determine root causes, implement corrective/preventive actions, and verify effectiveness.
- Outreach Activities: Organize and support outreach and promotional activities.
- Education: Degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
- Skills and Qualifications: Experience managing environmental and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) programs. Proficient in hazard assessment, data analysis, and root cause investigation.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge in environmental protection is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
