You will conduct on-site energy audits to identify potential opportunities for energy conservation measures, contributing to the reduction of energy consumption. Additionally, you will perform on-site inspections and precise measurements of building systems, including ACMV, lighting, and indoor comfort systems, to assess system performance and recommend enhancements.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing extensive sustainability reports, encompassing gap analysis and strategic recommendations to enhance building performance, while showcasing the financial benefits of sustainable practices. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and task execution.

- Regular internal audits will be conducted to ensure that our processes are aligned with industry standards.
- You will oversee the audit cycle program to ensure it remains effective and up-to-date, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- A commitment to continuous learning is essential in this role, as you will stay engaged with the latest developments in certification requirements, best practices, and performance standards.
- Detailed audit reports will be prepared and submitted for each audit conducted, providing actionable insights for process improvements.
- Summary reports will also be generated to provide stakeholders with an overview of our audit results.
- Your expertise will be valuable in suggesting necessary changes based on audit findings to enhance processes and maintain compliance.
- Possess a Diploma or NITEC in a relevant field such as Engineering, Safety, or Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO/QEHS within the construction sector.
- Bonus points if you hold certificates such as ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Internal Auditor.
