Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive environmental monitoring programs and microbiological laboratory procedures.
- Conduct routine and non-routine environmental and material microbiological tests as required.
- Test water samples and other materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of microbiological test methods.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all tests performed, including worksheets and reports.
- Participate in audit preparation and responses, supporting the development and implementation of corrective actions and commitments.
- Collaborate with EHS, Business Compliance, cGMP, and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and laboratory performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Microbiology or Life Sciences with 2-3 years of relevant experience in pharma/life sciences industry.
