• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment
Agency (NEA) of Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, environmental control and site
management
• Competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of the site to ensure compliance with environmental,
health, and hygiene regulations.
• Implement and enforce the Environmental Control Measures (ECMs) in accordance
with NEA Regulations.
• Prepare and maintain Environmental Control Plan (ECP) in accordance with NEA
requirements.
• Identify potential mosquito breeding grounds and take preventive/remedial action.
• Monitor noise, dust, silty discharge and humidity levels, and recommend actions
required when limits are exceeded
• Oversee the treatment and discharge of silty water from the site to prevent pollution
of public drains
• Ensure proper site housekeeping, including cleanliness of public roads and drains
along the site perimeter

• Conduct awareness campaigns i.e. Heat Stress Prevention, Hearing Protection
