Understand and perform duties of assignment.

Actively assist with established Front of House emergency procedures. (Familiar with location and operation of emergency exits and equipment).
Assist patrons with special needs.
Ability to provide accurate knowledge to patrons regarding venue logistics (i.e. location of Box Office, restrooms, F&B concessions, Cloak Room, etc), information about the event, general building history, etc.
Ability to repeatedly climb stairs – up and down – toprovide effectivestaff coveragein all areas of the theatres.
Ability to stand for long periods, sometimes for the duration of an event.
Work all assigned shifts and arrive at call time (or obtain replacement).
Work flexible hours, including nights and holidays.
Attend required trainings and briefings.
Assisting in Front-of-House related event setups and teardowns comprising of carrying and arranging seats to optimize seating arrangements, placement and removal of seat tags, ensuring event signage is displayed prominently on signage stands, setting up queue lines using stanchions as well as setting up barricades, tables and bins at key areas as and when required.
