Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bookkeeping, including processing reimbursements and maintaining financial records.
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and service providers for account maintenance, tax filings, and annual returns.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial risks.
• Align financial data with the China headquarters and support audits.
• Oversee store cashier duties, verify daily revenue, and safeguard store cash.
• Identify and report financial discrepancies in store operations.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and cashier duties, ideally with knowledge of Singapore’s accounting and tax practices
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP or similar ) and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in Taxation, Risk Analysis, Cash Flow
