Guide patrons to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
Examine and scan tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as date and time.
Greet patrons attending events.
Arrive on-time in appropriate dress for scheduled shifts (or obtain replacement if unable to work).
Attend Pre-Event briefings forassignment and event specifics.
Ability and willingness to work any assignment. (Assignments may include checking patrons’ coats and belongings, scanning tickets, escorting patrons to seats, etc).
Be in assigned area by designated time.
Understand and perform duties of assignment.
Monitor physical surroundings in assigned area prior to and throughout event for safety, cleanliness and functionality;notifySupervisor of concerns.
Respond quickly and courteously to patrons’ needs, questions, comments, or concerns with answers and/or action.
At event’s end, walk through assigned area retrieving lost items, booster seats, etc. and turn them in accordingly.

To ensure smooth operations for patrons attending events at Marina Bay Sands.
Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Actively assist with established Front of House emergency procedures. (Familiar with location and operation of emergency exits and equipment).
Assist patrons with special needs.
Ability to provide accurate knowledge to patrons regarding venue logistics (i.e. location of Box Office, restrooms, F&B concessions, Cloak Room, etc), information about the event, general building history, etc.
Ability to repeatedly climb stairs – up and down – toprovide effectivestaff coveragein all areas of the theatres.
Ability to stand for long periods, sometimes for the duration of an event.
Work all assigned shifts and arrive at call time (or obtain replacement).
Work flexible hours, including nights and holidays.
Attend required trainings and briefings.
Assisting in Front-of-House related event setups and teardowns comprising of carrying and arranging seats to optimize seating arrangements, placement and removal of seat tags, ensuring event signage is displayed prominently on signage stands, setting up queue lines using stanchions as well as setting up barricades, tables and bins at key areas as and when required.
