Essential Responsibilities:

• Performs portions of work assignments requiring general SaaS and enterprise-wide applications knowledge and developing business expertise
• Supports and may lead enterprise-wide applications projects of limited scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
• Analyzes and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision
• Receives regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Together, we will work towards creating value for Lytx's customers.Your responsibilities will include:- Building high-performance teams capable of self-management in terms of technical standards, project execution, and engineer development- Establishing and managing external engineering teams to balance cost, quality, and innovation objectives- Driving the evolution of technology architecture to align with company goals, focusing on scalable platform solutions and customization of leading software products- Managing and integrating enterprise IT systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other SaaS platforms- Designing and implementing scalable data warehouse architectures to support analytics and reporting- Empowering your team to set and uphold high engineering standards for maintainability, testability, instrumentation, logging, and service levels- Collaborating with engineers, engineering managers, and product managers to establish frameworks, services, and standards that enable faster time to market, improved monitoring, product efficacy, and high service levels- Validating design and technology decisions while solving complex problems- Partnering with other technology leaders to define architectural patterns, enhance application supportability, improve service levels, and maintain security standards- Implementing architectural design frameworks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality information systems aligned with business objectives- Providing leadership to align with external groups, develop employees, and enhance employee engagement- Planning accurate resource allocation- Performing any other duties as assignedRequirements:- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience working with various public and private cloud environments and Enterprise software like Salesforce, Netsuite, and other SaaS products- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a total of 15+ years of experience, demonstrating the ability to develop, align, and lead a team in delivering enterprise technology- Strong technical background in systems, enterprise scale, and security for mobile devices- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience is requiredAt Lytx, we are driven by innovation and a commitment to making a positive impact in the world. This position involves the design and implementation of system architectures for both on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
