Your new role
As the Client Services Director – Enterprise Solutions Asia, you’ll be the face of Hays—internally and externally—leading the delivery of our contracted services across multiple enterprise accounts. About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Senior Business Analyst to drive the requirement collection, planning, design, and implementation of complex enterprise applications, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions. This role requires deep technical understanding, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to bridge communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and international partners. You will play a pivotal role in shaping solutions within the domains of cloud resale, multi-cloud management, or telecom operator billing systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation (user stories, use cases, functional/non-functional specs), and validation for enterprise-scale applications.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and solution designs.
Propose and optimize customer journey and business processes cloud services (distribution network, reseller, marketplace management) or telecom billing operations.
Act as the primary liaison between client’s business units (Product, Marketing, Operations, technical) and internal teams (PM, BA, SA, developers and DevOps).
Analyze and model data flows and system integrations, particularly in complex cloud or billing environments.
Support testing strategies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution deployment.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Provide post-implementation support and analysis for continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Technical Foundation: familiar with public cloud business operation.
Core BA Expertise: Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, specifically focused on requirements management for large-scale, complex enterprise applications.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is essential. Must be capable of facilitating meetings, negotiating requirements, creating detailed documentation, and presenting complex information effectively to all levels in both languages without barriers.
Agile Project Management: knowledge and practical experience in agile project environment.
Location: Must be based in Singapore and legally eligible to work there full-time.
Desired Skills & Attributes
Expertise in document business requirement and business process via modeling (BPMN, UML) and other BA tools.
Proficiency with BA tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, enterprise BA tools).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Formal certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
Agile Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM, Professional Scrum Master - PSM, PMI-ACP).
Experience with any billing platforms or cloud marketplace technologies.
