This role focuses on the functional and technical implementation of OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to optimize document management, workflow automation, and digital transformation for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in implementation projects for OpenText ECM platforms, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Translate business requirements into concrete ECM solutions, leveraging OpenText Content Server, Document Management, Workflow, and integration modules.

Proven track record in successful end‐to‐end ECM implementation projects, including configuration, integration, and data migration.
Technical proficiency in workflow design, metadata management, and document lifecycle automation.
Working knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and information security.
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills for user training, documentation, and cross‐functional project delivery.
