The RELEX team is growing and is looking for a
Program Director (Project Owner)
whose main responsibilities will be owning and guiding a portfolio of software implementation projects, through all the phases of a project lifecycle in the field of retail merchandising and supply chain management. As a Programme Manager / Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the RELEX software by building senior (Director, CX Suite) customer relationships, setting out the project strategy, negotiating, escalation regarding scope, resource and commercials, and ensuring projects meet the KPI expectations of both RELEX and the customer. Ensuring all timelines are met by overseeing project plans, budget and communication plans by the wider project team including senior stakeholders. From time to time, you will also support the sales team's initiatives through providing insight on project timelines, resourcing requirements and approach.

In addition, RELEX is building a strong partner network in APAC, who are supporting us in Sales Cases as well as Implementation Projects. As a Programme Manager / Director, you will also be responsible for working closely with the partners and their leadership teams to ensure a smooth collaboration.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Key requirements
:

  • Experience leading multiple successful IT system implementations within large Retail IT landscapes
  • Experience of senior positions on governance or steering committees
  • Experience managing a complex network of internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Experience presenting, consulting and convincing senior audiences on change management practices
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders, influence and negotiate
  • Strong risk analysis and risk management plans; being able to look ahead mitigating risk, and steering the strategic direction of projects appropriately
  • Fluent in English language and ability to speak Japanese at native level to build strong relationship with Japanese speaking clients in Japan.

As a member of the KYC/AML Specialist team, you will serve as a key liaison between client relationship teams and AML Refresh Operations, ensuring end-to-end management of client periodic reviews for the Private Banking and Private Wealth Management business line. Responsibilities
Serve as the KYC subject matter expert (SME), supporting Client Advisors (CAs) and Market Team Heads (MTHs) on complex due diligence cases and regulatory requirements
Own and manage the end-to-end KYC process, including periodic reviews, onboarding, and trigger events, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and APAC regulatory guidelines
Support the team in addressing volume surges in Periodic KYC Reviews (PKRs) and collaborate effectively with the Front Service Office (FSO) in Singapore
Review and validate client documentation, conduct screening, and secure necessary approvals from Compliance and Business stakeholders
Support a culture of teamwork and collaboration focused on goals and delivery
Adhere to standards for timeliness and accuracy of AML CDD case completion
Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), and other front-office teams to guide them through KYC requirements, explain policy rationale, and ensure efficient collection of necessary client documentation
Contribute actively to KYC process improvement initiatives, offering ideas and feedback to drive greater efficiency, quality, and automation.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments
Assist in tracking both Annual refresh population and other KYC-related populations in partnership with the coverage team
Ensure all refresh cases are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements
Ability to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese clients for business purposes
Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a banking/finance field with a minimum of 1+ years of hands‐on experience in KYC operations, specifically within Private Banking or Private Wealth Management
Strong KYC/AML expertise, with experience in AML CDD policy standards and industry practices
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and communicate with colleagues at various levels
Experience in a client-facing or direct client interaction capacity (related to KYC data gathering, remediation, or query resolution)
Excellent command over documentation standards, SoW narratives, and justification of risk decisions
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and establish a cooperative and collaborative working relationship
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in drafting clear, structured KYC summaries and providing well-reasoned recommendations
Experienced in PKR KYC/AML operating processes, with knowledge of regulatory requirements for APAC (MAS, HKMA), including specific regulatory nuances and client segments

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct the lesson plan in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
  • Creates a well-organized, structure and task-oriented learning environment
  • Planning activities and worksheets to include approaches to learning
  • Assess student's progress and communicate to provide feedback to the parent
  • Demonstrates the necessary subject knowledge and methodological strategies to effectively educate students
  • Introduces new study patterns to student develop their interest to foster maximum student's engagement
  • Fostering curiosity, creativity and a lifelong enjoyment of English language learning
  • Reviews the feedback from the academic HOD and improving teaching practices to support differentiated learning

Job requirement

  • Minimum Degree in Education/ English Language/ Literature
  • Professional command of English language
  • 3 - 5 years of teaching experience
  • Passionate in teaching English and given tutor to primary and secondary school students, prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Willing to develop teaching skills and support students in differing levels and learning
  • With high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Able to work on weekends

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic English Language Teacher to join our team at the School of Science and Technology, Singapore. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing confident, articulate, and critical thinkers who are ready to thrive in an ever-changing world. You will work closely with a supportive team of educators to create meaningful learning experiences that align with the MOE Secondary English Language Syllabus, while also guiding the students in developing empathy, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.

What You'll Do

· Deliver engaging English Language lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.

· Develop students' proficiency in language, literacy, and critical thinking through innovative and applied learning approaches.

· Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.

· Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, assessment design, and professional development.

· Mentor and guide students as a Form Teacher, fostering a caring and supportive classroom culture (if needed).

· Contribute to the holistic education of students by supporting co-curricular activities and school events (if needed).

What We're Looking For

· BA (English and Education) Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)  from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Diploma in Education from NIE or any other equivalent teaching qualifications

· Passion for applied learning, creativity, and interdisciplinary teaching.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a student-centred approach.
