Job Description:
- Assist in cybersecurity assessment for any medical devices intended for use in the hospital.
- Support the preparation and presentation of deviation request for policy non-compliance to seek MOH endorsement.
- Document cybersecurity risk assessment reports and assist in reviewing and updating them whenever there are changes to medical device configuration, requirement, or operational environment.
- Update the risk register records for medical devices, ensuring all IT-related risks are identified and appropriate mitigation controls are implemented.
- Coordinate with BME engineers and vendors to ensure all medical devices and servers are commissioned with the latest approved software versions, and user authentication processes are identified and established.
- Continuously collaborate with ITD team and vendors on patching, updates, and software installations for medical devices and servers.
- Monitor the operational health status and vulnerability of medical devices and servers to ensure timely detection and mitigation of cybersecurity risks.
- Actively participate in IT-related projects involving medical devices to ensure cybersecurity risk are considered and addressed.
- Work closely with end users during medical devices cybersecurity incidents to ensure mitigation controls are implemented before returning devices to clinical use.
- Collaborate with ITD team to support medical devices On-boarding activities and related projects
- Provide BME/IT support to ensure medical device to the latest policy guidelines and controls at any stage of device life cycle.

Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Cybersecurity / IT / any other discipline related to Cybersecurity

Supervisor, Engineering
You will assist the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering in the implementation of procedure for services, such as maintenance of the property operations, mechanical and electrical operations in our Serviced Residence. This includes managing the work of maintenance employees and vendors/contractors, inspecting maintenance work and troubleshooting. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.

- Assist to review standards according to operating procedures and provide support in preparing operational reports to the Management

- Responsible to co-ordinate with SOM & prepare quotations for the right decision maker and track
- Responsible to ensure timely job sheet closure to speed up billing processes to reduce AR & Inventory holding
- Responsible to familiarize with the ISO procedure & always operate within the guideline
- Responsible to familiarize with all risk management processes and ensure compliance at site
- Responsible to do it right first time and be aligned to aim for zero complaints
- Responsible to plan & Co-ordinate with customer/end user to reduce time & resource wastage
- Prepare and decide all quotation & track for official purchase orders for breakdown repairs
- Drive & comply to organization objective and always response time within 10 hours at site during office hours
- Responsible to always communicate professionally with internal and external customer
- Responsible to create competitive advantage by adding value to the organization though building strong relationship with biomedical engineers in key accounts
- Attend all training or re-training identified and contributes to continual improvement by giving constructive feedback to manufacturer
- Responsible to share & where applicable, conduct cross training internally to increase competency of other engineers and also organize & provide training for biomedical engineer departments
- Responsible to gain & gather information in the field & make informed recommendation to service manager & participate in the drive for sharing of best practices based on customers feedback and personal experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Biomedical / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in hospital environment/Aesthetics Clinic or engineering consultancy firm.
- Have 2-3 years of working experience in BioMED or medical laser equipment
- Strong engineering and IT knowledge
- Possess own transport (Preferably)
- Able to travel outstation or overseas when required.
- Showing commitment to work and consistently producing the desired outcomes.

- Displaying strong detailed knowledge of the product/service that you are involved in.
- Delivering expected outcomes by using available resources effectively
- Fluent in English / Mandarin
