Prepare engineering deliverables list for projects.
Prepare reports for engineering document progress status (in-house and engineering subcontractors) and package procurement RFQ/TBE status to Engineering Manager.
Prepare the progress report for Shop drawings
Prepare the monthly KPI progress
Overall management of in-house engineering team, engineering subcontractors and drive subcontractors to achieve the overall project engineering documents
Monitor engineering deliverable progress and provide alerts to engineering team for 3 weeks look ahead, schedule, progress, department KPI etc
Monitor client submission & returns of documents and escalate if necessary
Any other duties as assigned by Engineering Manager.
Manage the shop drawing, weld map issuance as per project requirement
Develop and implement interface management for exchange of interface information between internal parties (external) in any projects.
Arrange and monitor inter-disciplines coordination / review within Engineering team.
Integrate and optimize all activities to ensure synergy within the project.
Manage and undertake communication processes for Classification society including Scope of Work for Floating Unit Classification and third-party verification.
Prepare project updates progress reports required by Engineering Manager.
Ensure Client specification and Contract requirements are adhered following established guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures.
Monitor and control the TQ's, ECN, change log and clarification list
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical).
Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects with good planning, scheduling and coordination skills with multidisciplinary knowledge/scope of work.
More than 5 years engineering management, interface engineering experience in FPSO, offshore projects or onshore oil & gas projects.
Demonstrates capability to solve problems in multidisciplinary engineering management for FPSOs and other on-shore process plant projects.
Experience in dealing with Classification society, third party engineering subcontractors, and internal/external interface management.
Experience in interface with Project team, Engineering, Construction, Quality team, vendor and Client.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Have experience in managing engineering subcontracts and vendor packages.

Responsibilities
Overall responsible for the quality and timing of the engineering/technical deliverables for the assigned project.
Manage the design and engineering aspects of the project on behalf of the Company with the objective of delivering an FPSO (or a major FPSO modification) within the agreed budget and schedule, to client and BW Offshore specifications with high uptime, low maintenance and reliable long-term operational performance.
Develop a robust design for the FPSO, complying with contract requirements, specifications, safety standards, regulatory requirements and Company procedures; use drawings/documents/specifications to hand over to Procurement/Construction/Commissioning within the required timeframe and support successors to verify the implementation of design intents.

Any previous FPSO experience will be greatly valued.

Manage and lead the conduct of all technical aspects of Feasibility & FEED studies required to achieve FID of LNG Terminal expansion projects with the support of internal and external expertise
