- Maintain and improve capacity planning methodologies to ensure accuracy
- To achieve planned mix & capacity through equipment utilization improvement/conversion/other capacity improvement plans to ensure the plans meet operations goals
- Establish layout plans for all production equipment based on operation needs
- Ensure timely equipment installation/release for production to meet operation’s needs
- Initiate Tool-to-Tool Matching (Golden/Lemon) as well as Best-In-Class benchmarking to strie for the best perforamnce of the tools
- Update/maintain tool capacity/productivity database for capacity planning & productivity indices tracking
- Manage capital budget to reflect necessary equipment requirement for capacity mix and new technology introduction
- Establish standard costing methodologies & wkly/qtly/annual standard costing
- Cost management (forecast/tracking/improvement/modeling/analysis/benchmarking)
- People productivity management/coordination
- Initiate/lead/drive continuous improvement projects & Best-Known-Method sharing
- Strategic planning initiatives for capacity expansion, tool/people productivity improvement & cost reduction
- Lead/coordinate people productivity/automation initiatives. Headcount modelling
- Business Continuity Management and Risk assessment
- Enhance current systems, improve methodology & modelling
- Coach/mentor & train new Engineers/Associate Engineers

- Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing
- Functional / Technical skills and knowledge: Knowledge in semiconductor processes and IE tools used in the semiconductor industry
- Computer skills : MS Office, MS Access, VBA, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, AutoCAD
