- Coordinate with Operation Schedulers to deconflict and ensure operational requirement for bus scheduling while planning for maintenance activities.
- Work closely with Engineers, Supervisors, and Operations to minimize downtime and optimize turnaround time.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or related field).
- At least 2–4 years of working experience in fleet, automotive, or plant maintenance planning.
- Candidate with experience in IBM Maximo (or similar systems) will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

- Lead the development of plans and schedules for proposals, ensuring effective use of WBS and project coding across all applications.
